Remote Assistance

Important information about remote administration:


- Crystones customer service staff will be able to view and control your computer.

- Crystone can't see anything other than what you see on your computer screen.

- Crystone's customer service staff has a duty of confidentiality and will not pass on anything about your computer or the information contained there.

- All information is encrypted so no one else can access it.

- You can cancel the connection at any time by clicking on "Escape", the key at the top left of the keyboard.

To start the remote assistance:


1. Contact Crystones customer service, if they think the case is most easily solved through remote support, this feature will be used.

- Crystone can't see anything other than what you see on your computer screen.

2. Fill in the session number you get from Crystones customer service staff in the box below and click OK.

3. Download the file that jumps up on the screen. And choose to "run" it.
